Dr. Dale Caldwell is the executive director of the Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) Rothman Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship as well as a professor researching and teaching Family Business Management in the FDU Silberman College of Business.
Dr. Caldwell graduated from Princeton University, earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and received his doctorate from Seton Hall University. He is the founder of the global Family Business Week and is the author of six books.
Dr. Caldwell is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). He is also a professional speaker with over 20 years of experience sharing his insights with businesses.
